1. Can we offer our own designs and you produce them?
Of course. We have professional teams and advanced production lines which help us cater to different requirements. We will take your local climate into account and give you technical advice. After we confirm everything (design, quantity, price, etc.), we will produce doors or windows according to your requirements.
 
2. How can we know the exact price?
The price is based on your specific requirements, it is advised that you provide us with the following information:
(1) Official drawing of windows & doors to show us the dimensions, quantity and types;
(2)Surface treatment and the thickness of the profile;
(3)Types of the glass: Single/Double; Laminated/Tempered/Low-E/Reflective; Frosted (Translucent/Opaque)/Clear; etc.
 
3. What are your trade term & payment terms?
Our trade term is FOB ,CFR and CIF. As for the payment term, T/T, L/C and Western Union are acceptable.
 
4. What kinds of packing do you have?
There are three kinds of packing:
(1)Foam + Carton box 
(2)Foam + Carton box + Wooden frame 
(3)Foam + Carton box + Wooden case
 If your products are to be sent in a full container, we advise you to use foam with carton box because it can save more space and hold more goods. Usually, our packing is “Foam + Carton Box + Wooden Frame”. The best packing is “Foam + Carton Box + Wooden Cases”
 
5. What warranty is included and what do we do in case of problems?
5-10 years’ quality warranty is guaranteed. Our quality service covers unfading, pee-off, inappropriate hardware and accessories. In case of quality problems, we will provide available replacements in stock to be sent by international carrier immediately. But if we don’t have spare parts at the time of replacement order, it will take about 20 days to send them.
